About Me

There have been strong themes in my life: movement, pain, and learning. I’ve found that life is the ultimate learning experience, and learning is what has made life exciting for me.

As a USAC Level 2 Coach for Team Touchstone since 2023, it has been a priviledge to work with strong budding athletes. The biggest lesson I’ve learned as a coach: to learn is to teach, and to teach is to learn.

I’ve always been drawn to helping others. There’s always been a sense of empathy and compassion for me, and finding massage therapy has allowed me to help others in new ways.

In 2025 I attended the core massage therapy program at National Holistic Institute, and became a certified massage therapist in 2026.

Massage therapy has proven to be an asset, not only for self-care and recovery, but also in the knowledge I can bring to the table as a climbing athlete and coach.

The greatest part about massage is getting to help people reduce the stress, pain, and dysfunction that we all experience.

I enjoy spending time in nature and detaching from the stresses of modern life. Meditating, biking, climbing, and reading are some of my favorite ways to interact with life.
